Hopefully this will be an easy one to answer:
Some times (well in some files) when I select a sprite in 2k it has extra sprites floating around in the background. But when I open up the file in CS4 it shows that there are no difference between the color value of the background, anywhere. . . So why am I getting these magical floating pixels?
Also, does the color of the background have to be anything in particular? I've just been completely removing them to save any confusion on my part. (For example, if you don't know what I mean, there is no information in the background anymore, it's just the checker board in CS4.)
Have you tried replacing the background color on those images? I get that problem occasionally in rm2k3 and changing the bg from say green to purple (or something like that) seems to work 100% of the time.
That should also answer your second question. No, the background color doesn't have to be anything in particular ^_^
Are you saving as JPG?
If he was saving as a .jpg, he wouldn't be able to import it into rm2k in the first place, so I don't think that's the problem.
The .pngs I have imported are from RPGM2k3, and I am running 2k, so would that do it?
Yeah, I've done the background change and it works fine, thanks.
