I don't know, but the case is still ridiculous.
I saw it on the news, then just grabbed the first article I could find.

Well, it sounds like the ranch owner was out of line in kicking and threatening them, but he's right to defend himself in my opinion. That is absolutely crazy.

Furthermore, the ILLEGAL. IMMIGRANTS. Do not have the same rights as American citizens, because they are -NOT- American citizens.

The case should be dropped, the immigrants deported, and the farmer...should probably get something of a slap on the wrists for use of unnecessary force, but we don't know if the immigrants tried to attack him either.
