I noticed instead of scripts, some people use demos.
i downloaded one, but then i had no idea what to do with it...
can anyone help please?

get the script FROM the demo

Seriously, think about it. This isn't brain surgery. You open the game demo. You go into the script editor for the demo. You copy the script. You open your game. You go into the script editor for your game. You paste the script. You cum in your pants with happiness. End of story.
If it's zipped, you'll need a program like WinRAR to open the demo. And then you do as the others have eloquently put it.
Well... at least I won't bag on him as he did know it was a dumb question.

open the game by double clicking its icon :o, then go to the script editor, find the script, most scripts are on the materials section of the script editor(its above on the main section), copy and paste it to your desired project.
Note: check the compatability of every script you add in your project, in this way you can avoid instability of your game.
