Well, I only want this cause it makes my game logical.
I have snow falling on my map...
but then I enter battle, there's no snow...

And also, since enterbrain decided to be fags (excuse my language) and remove fog, I was just wondering if anyone found a way to make fog on VX.

@pooky - it is important to seach other places for scripts before asking on a forum. Do the work yourself before asking other people to do it for you. The purpose of Script Request is to ask for a script to be made for you - thus you should be reasonably sure that such a script does not exist before posting here, and that means you should have spent some time searching for it before you post here. Some good sites to search are rmvx.org, rpgrevolution.com, and rpgmakervx.net.

@grafikal Google is, like, the worst place to look for specific function scripts.

Anyway, I do not know of any script such as this one. But given the look of the battle system, weather effects would look awful. Why do you want it?

I use Google, and search for things like "RPG Maker VX Scripts" and find places like RRR, RPGMakerVX, RMXP, RMrevolution, etc. Then you search for those specific scripts on the sites. Not actually look for specific scripts on Google. ._.

From my own experience rpgmakervx.net has given the best results, and has tons of scripts. .-.
