is it possible to make a runescape like menu
One, you need to be a lot more fucking descriptive than just that. Personally, I've never played Runescape and have no idea what the hell you're asking for. I can guarentee you that lots of other people haven't played Runescape either, and having to look up what you're asking for is a big turnoff for any would-be request filler. Try reading this thread (http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,22541.0.html) to get an idea of how to properly request a script.
Two, you have made about a dozen topics now all requesting idiotic things. You clearly are not that experienced using an RPG Maker just yet, and I'd recommend that you start off smaller than whatever this current project of yours is. Try making a game or two without using any extra scripts or overly complicated events, just to give you some practice and some hands-on experience. They may suck, but you'll at least learn the ropes a little bit and may improve yourself with time.
Three, for the love of god, start using at least a little bit of grammar. Use capital letters at the start of sentences and names, and use punctuation marks at the end. Example: "Is it possible to make a Runescape-like menu?" We go easy on people who don't speak English as a first language, but this is an English speaking community, so at least try to use a little bit of good grammar.
