Yeah I made another topic about it, you wanna fight about it?
Anyway, game launches TONIGHT at midnight, i'll be neck deep in it tomorrow.
Head punchan
Grenade Plantan
Nuke Launchan
Discuss how awesome this is going to be :|
I won't be getting it until my borthday. :P (11/13)
I'm looking forward to this game so much, I can hardly hold the excitement inside. =c
anski man this is going to be awesome, i leave for the gamestop in half hour (the robolady said to get there at ten so you could get the trasaction filed so you can leave at 12) i'll probably come back home after i get it filed and go back at midnight.
I just played it for 4 hours. It is amazing. I'm ashamed that I ever doubted it when I first heard about it. All I can think about is getting to the next goal. I am truly impressed.
I just can't wait to go fucking out as Kenshiro. No weapons, leather jacket only, hand to hand combat.
Final destination.

I'll get the game after the initial rush is over, and after I'm sure my computer can run it
looks purely godlike.
???
edit: Good game. I always wanted to play Morrowind with guns.
Lolol elder scrolls.
It's awesome.
To be honest, the game is way too different from oblivion. There are only minor remnants of the engine seemingly left, such as a little bit of the AI and the way characters go through doors. Other than that I'm never reminded of Oblivion at all.
Also my character Kenshiro:

Really? Nearly everything about this game reminds me of Oblivion.
The way it looks. The way the characters move. The way the characters look. The way the camera zooms in to talk to NPC's. The dialog system. The quest system. Speech (Persuasion). Sneak. Stealing. Quick travel. Random caves and places on the world map. The way the game's all "do whatever the hell you want."
Morrowind is my favorite game of all time, btw.
It's not like I'm complaining.
Well most people are just like "HURR OBLIVION WITH GUNS HURRRRRR" as if it was a bad thing, and it usually ends up being the people who hated Oblivion because they were clinging to Morrowind for their lives. But yeah, I liked Oblivion and Morrowind, and I love Fallout 3. Win/win for me. But yeah I never notice the way the character runs because i'm hardly in third person.
Edit: Everyone who is playing on the 360, as in everyone but me, zoom in on your character and take a picture with a camera, I want to see everyone elses D:
I wish I had a computer that was able to play Fallout 3. I really want to play.
I wish it was closer to the original fallouts, but that's OK - I still want to play it.
I actually did think Morrowind was better than Oblivion though. Because it was.

* Windows XP/Vista
* 1GB System RAM (XP) / 2GB System RAM (Vista)
* 2.4 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor (AMD 2.0ghz)
* Direct X 9.0c compliant videocard with 256MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better / ATI X850 or better)
The game is still beautiful on Low quality, and runs smooth on a system with lower specs than my laptop (which, was also a laptop)
so I'm sure I can run it :D
Wow, DirectX 9? That's really shocking. I thought it would use 10.
those are minimum requirements
I'm getting it soon, maybe tomorrow. I'm getting it for the 360, then getting the PC version eventually. That's exactly what I did with Oblivion. ;8
Caught another pic of Kenshiro infront of the Lincoln Memorial

i finally found my way there today, i had spent an hour trying to reach that area before but decided to level up a bit.
and since whether you hit or not is based of stats not cursor position it's really more like morrowind.
also the most gratifying thing has to be the cha-ching it makes when you kill with a headshot.
I haven't really played the first/second but of god this game is good <3
i found a tiny garden gnome. it's three inches high. it's sitting in my house in megaton.

I am the most badass person in the Capital Wasteland, I was admitted entrance to Paradise Falls just because I scared the guy at the gate, I deal drugs and have never been addicted to anything, I eat corpses for health and every Enclave and BOS alike fears my Power Fist. My Penthouse Suite is fully decked out, I have enslaved entire cities just to earn a few more caps, oh and Jericho is my bitch.
Well... I have a laser pistol nigger.

Only because Oblivion's map was stupid.
Oblivion bores me. Like, you're a guy in jail and like suddenly the king comes in YOUR cage, talks to YOU, makes YOU the chosen one guy and then YOU gotta do shit for a dead guy and all.
It doens't make sense to me
;-;
;-V-;
A pic of my new character, after completing the game I felt as though I wanted to start again and get everything possible,
I call her,
Annie.

Great, now this thread is back to life.

oh my god ;o; (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27lHX6sPNow)
I really wish I had the PC version and a computer that could run it so I could use all the sweet mods. ;_;
oh wait this has mods EPIC
I prefer the older games for their humor and such. But Fallout3 is immense! I love it =D
To save Megatron or not to save. Hey if you feel like blowing it up. DO everything in the town first =]
The game has similarities to Oblivion, obviously coz of the same makers, to be honest its a totally different game! So don't judge until you played :D
I only have it on 360 :-\
PC has mods and also has updates. 360 has no updates =[ At the moment anyways.
