The only problem is that with the old version, it keeps bugging you with "New Version Available"
and me dont thinks it has a "Dont show this again" thingy
Forcy, didn't you google it! Try changing your settings to 32bit (XP) or 64 (Vista)
=D
It worked for me lolz

The only problem with that is some family member of mine would update it eventually

Wait, what, can you link me to the article?
Just don't use iTunes. There, topic resolved.
That's so ridiculously simple, it's barely a solution ;8

Get a Mac. There, topic resolved.
Not exactly, because there are many better alternatives to iTunes, but whether a Mac would be better than a PC is debatable and is based upon each person's computer needs.

It's also debatable whether iTunes is better or not. It's a pretty good program, especially when it comes to browsing your library. =o
Any of the good alternatives is good at browsing a library. ::)
And it isn't debatable. iTunes is simply and flat out horrible.
I like Foobar2000's library searchin' than I do iTunes.
Edit: Also I say Winamp wins my vote forever because of the Shift+L command to open a folder of music, because I keep a few various artists folders.
You mean like iTunes' "show in finder" feature?
Windows users should use Songbird (http://getsongbird.com/) instead of iTunes.
