Title: Pictures on Screen with RGSS
Post by: Color on October 15, 2008, 03:59:42 PM
I'm very new to scripting, and I have a few simple questions. :) First, how would I take an image file that I put in the game's folder (let's say 'sample.bmp') and show it on the screen? Then, how would I erase the picture? Also, can I set the image to have a transparent color?

And a side note - is there a "pause for x frames" function that you can use in RGSS? (Like the wait command in XP?)

Thank you! ;D

why do you need scripts to show a picture?
