as long as it ain't Dalnet, acidchat or undernet.

dalnet lags and splits often
acidchat sucks
and undernet has no services

ecnet is ok but it has netsplits a lot
centralchat is ok if you don't mind being with #chaosproject on the same server
never heard of psigenix
