this seemed like a place where I would get an answer to my question.... but im not really sure...
Well... the thing is that I started to make a pokemon game on rpg maker xp.... and I have been using the program for a while... havent learned a lot.. anyways.. I downloaded poccil's pokemon essensials...
and I was wondering if anyone could help me out... I cant even make my own trainer!!! how stupid can one person be!!
anyways... uuhh.. plz help...
I do not have a story line yet.. since I wanna learn everything I can before I go there... past experiences have showed me that it isnt good to just jump into doing things.... lol thank you and good bye...

You seem to be looking for the database.
You can find your database in that toolbar at the top of the screen, it's one of the icons. The database is where you make things like characters (heroes or actors), items, monsters (Pokemon in your case), and common events. Just take a look around there >.>.
If you are a newbie to RPG maker, then it's probably not a good idea to make a pokemon game until you understand the entire system. Pokemon games in rpg maker requires some knowledge of actors and the battle system and that might be a couple notches above your level.
