I'm trying to play Battlefield: Vietnam on my new Vista laptop. The game runs fine, but when I get in a vehicle and press the radio button, none of the songs wanna play.
If anybody here has had the same problem, please tell me how to fix it! I've looked everywhere for an answer to this problem. Has anybody seen another forum site that might have discussed the same issue?
Please help. I can't drive so well without my "Nowhere to Run". :tpg:
A lot of games have sound problems with Vista.
Try right-clicking the game exe, go into Properties and set Compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 2.

Download all the xp drivers for your hardware burn them,download a precracked and serialed xp sp3 iso burn it,put the xp iso in format and install xp,install your drivers and stop having computer issues. :D TADAH

that doesn't always work, as some hardware doesn't have XP drivers, and sometimes XP would cause more problems than Vista, because you'd need to use XP 64 bit, instead of 32 bit.
that's like dell customer service saying 'reformat your harddrive' to every little software problem you could get.
Patch the game e3e;
-I'm not putting XP back on. That might void my warranty, and I don't wanna give up on Vista yet.
-Sorry Tezuka, it didn't work.
-Downloading the patch now, Anski.
Patching it didn't work either. :tpg:
I guess you are out of luck
