Go into your database and select tilesets. Then select the tileset that you uploaded and find the tile you are having trouble with. Go to passage and selected passable or"o". Not "x".

Or is your floor an autotile? I cannot think of anything much else. Priority just allows an object to be higher than the player or other tiles.
As for the others...I do not even use them but I doubt they are what is causing your problem. Most likely the passability.

the passibilety is 0 in all directions is an arrow, i had this broblem before, but than it was with the standard rtp grass, i guess i messed up something in the grass, this time it is just a regular floor in a new tile, i set the passibilety 0 and in all directions an arrow, besides the passibilety and the priority, for the other part o dont changed a thing

I am not sure , you would have to see it myself through a demo. Is this a tileset imported by you? Maybe you have a problem with the autotiles, but I would need to see.

Usually when people have this problem, it's because they used a transparent tile that was not the one in the upper left corner to erase something. This doesn't work well. Try running over the 2nd and 3rd layers with the transparent tile from the Upper Left corner (next to autotiles) and see if that fixes the problem. And you should always use that tile when you want to erase something btw.
