Title: Recruiting For a team. (For the sake of it)
Post by: Karo Rushe on July 16, 2008, 07:49:19 PM
Well, recruiting here for people who are intereste to help me out on my project "Soul-Rave 1: Nocturne Gospel"
Link: http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,10228.325.html
------------------------------------------------------------

I'm only in need of a Scripter at the current moment, as It's driving me nuts <__<

I'd also be willing to repay at least either in Mapping or Spriting to *Said Scripter or person here*

Mappers or Spriters willing to join are accepted too, althou not that much required. >__>;; (For Mapper or Spriters, well, I'm kinda picky on those two).

Well, that is all.

If your refering to the Artwork & the Portraits from Soul-Raves, I have to say those weren't made by me, They belong to Xuse from Seinarukana / Aien No Aselia 2 ~ The Spirit Sword of Eternity. =/

To the map:

The walls could use a bit of details.
The Way the Rug is putten, at least to me, is not right, but it's a matter of taste.

By chance are you a spriter? because those sprites looks interestingly good.

Nah, I just find my stuff, and edit ALOT.

So i'm a so-so spriter, can't make characters too well yet though.

For artwork:
DARN D: I need some good battlers and some other stuff.

But do you draw well?

Regetta Revival!

Re-opened this & I know it's necro-posting but there was no way I could find both the appropriate forum & the place doesn't let one open new topics!

*Starts Recruiting at the moment*

Also, since I am quite on a break & alone, I also be willing to lend my services . . . but Not to everyone >__>;; as I don't want to end up in a project that won't even last a week or so.

Well, I could do some sprites. Out of practice, I don't have the motivation to do things without anyone requesting them. :P

Sprite Examples (http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,31175.0.html)

I'm willing to do some non-human sprites, preferably with reference. ^^

:x I forgot to check, forgive for the pause.

You can do a sprite as long as you have a reference picture?

Relatively a sort of 'overworld select' map menu. (sorta like in FFX/FFX2)

Written references are fine, but I prefer image references to make it more easier for me to sprite what someone requests.

I think that could be evented, to be honest.

change the actor's sprite, allow them to cycle through available cities...

Makes sense to me then.

I was quite worried about the lag, but i'll give it a try then.

I would like to see it if the internet at school didn't block the page D=

Either ways, just as long as you don't run away like a few I'm ok with it :3
I don't think it'll lag

change the character's sprite to a cursor (disable menu access if you want)

just have a variable keep track of what town they're on (each has a number)
the on right, it increases
on left, it decreases

after that, it checks what number it is, and changes the location to the right town.

each town could be an on-action event, and on the action key you teleport into town :)
edit: the one DL posted is so much cooler :x

So shall I try . . . thou I don't understand the variable part. >__>;;; (ugh) But shall work on it.
