Hi, I was wondering if there is an application where I can make the graphic, not faceset or sprite, if so, then can you please post atleast the hyperlink, thanks alot!!!!

If you're desperate, you could always try HeroMachine (http://www.ugo.com/channels/comics/heromachine2/heroMachine2.asp). But I wouldn't recommend it.
