This has been in a so-called prototype stage for quite a long time. I'd been talking about a new crankeye.com for ages, and many people thought the previous site (which is quite similar to the RMRKthree forum theme) was the result of it, but the truth is that it was merely temporary.
Today, after much writing, scripting and yelling at lesser browsers, *cough* IE , I'm happy to announce the new site is finally ready :tpg:
If you're not reading this via the site already, give this link some love (http://crankeye.com) and check it out. Things that are different and / or improved over before are as follows:

Still as purple as ever.
What would we be without our purple? Some people even refer to us as "that purple site!" The new Crankeye.com uses an approach not tried previously on the main site; that being predominantly dark structure, with only what you need hiligted with brighter colors.

Tutorials are back.
This used to exist on the site long before most current regulars were around, but it was cumbersome and had to be updated manually. Now Crankeye.com features a mini tutorial directory, which will show off popular or new tutorials for all classes of maker, from RPG Maker 2000 to Game Maker, and even functionality for Stencyl has been written in pre-emptively.

The RPG Maker RESOURCE Kit.
Having resource in our name kind of makes us feel obligated to provide an extensive, yet simple way for visitors to get resources. This is why the new crankeye.com contains a brand new resource system. Everything is arranged by category and maker and special or creative RMRK users can be given the ability to add their resources directly to the collection.
Hope you enjoy the new look and features! :).
Of course, I've tested every angle, scenario and browser I can think of, (it turns out, I made it Valid XHTML (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcrankeye.com%2F) without even trying), and I already know of one small error with the "top" link in Internet explorer, but if you notice anything possibly wrong, it's more likely to be looked at if you report it in this thread.
Any comments, praise, complaining or discussion on anything purple is also encouraged :)
