I use Fruity Loops 7, some plugins (mainly Vanguard) and Cubase sx3.. I want 4 but i can't afford it..

Not really. To make a new topic, you'd have to be at the page with the stickies. And considering they're at the top, separated, and easily seen, you should be able to read, lol.
