Title: Change name and a question

I wish i could be named busbuzz because its my name in the other forum and i get confused.

and my question is what are the rules for double posting here, after how much time can i post again in the same topic?

You can post how much you want after someone else and if it's something like a request, bump after a day. In the Sewers, I think you can just decide when to do it.
