Title: Very useful tool
Post by: Revo on January 19, 2008, 08:31:32 PM
This program is called Dan's RMXP Tool even though it isn't necessarily only for RMXP. I found it on RPG Palace. Here are the basics of what it is.

This program is many generators put together. Here they are...

- Game Title Generator. Useful if you can't think of one.

- Character names. Has 5 types. English, Greek, Japanese, Gaelic, and Demon.

- Item name. Useful if you want to have something other than Potion.

- Weapon/Armor names. Nothing real notable.

- Skill generator. Makes good names for skills.

- NPC Stats. Most useful one on this program. This creates enemy names and stats according to difficulty. Note: You have to use "Select Generate Mode" to get to this one. There isn't a button for it.

Everything, including credits, is in the attachment.

I clicked "generate title" and got "Hilarious Death."
I'm totally going to rename Clericus now. :V

Edit: ...nonono, "Spicy Leech" is better.

Sorry if the program has mistakes in it. Besides, just because it has a single mistake doesn't mean the whole program is messed up.

its not a single mistake its about 200 mistakes the simple answer is the gaelic language has no wxsyz and nearly ever one of the names has one of those letters

and the ones that dont make no sense the letters arent matche together to make the correct pronunciation

Because it is "wrong" Gaelic, it does not make it a bad generator.

What is teh generator's purpose: to generate names.

I have seen no errors in its ability to generate names.

If it were a Gaelic name generator (which it is not, it is a RANDOM name generator using roots of gaelic) then I would say there is a problem.

The only thing wrong with the Gaelic names is that half of them are Greek.
