This trusty bird can fly at high speeds and altitudes, making it an excellent scout.

With this piece I tried to push the realism of the clouds. I've also added this to the Art Theme Challenge under the theme "Sun and Clouds".

My heartbeat stopped for a second or so. :lol:
Very full of depth, love the mountains below and shining clouds, however the bird doesn't seem to be the main focus of the picture-as the backgrounds stands out more.

Yeah it was a conscious decision to push the bird a little farther back as I wanted the focus to be as much on the clouds as it was on the bird.

that is brilliant 10/10 did you ever think of making some flash videos and uploading them to newgrounds? you could easily win a nice bit of money

This particular piece took me about 3 days. And I do actually animate. I posted an animation on RMRK not too long ago.
