Why?There are a couple of reasons. We hope people can use these maps to see how to better improve their own maps, and get a feel on how to map better. Also some people just don't have the time to map, or can be great at other things like scripting, but aren't so skilled in mapping. We hope people can take the time to modify the maps for use in their games, but there is no rule against using it as it is.
Can I help?Of course. Well, unless your not that good at mapping yourself. If you are skilled and experienced at mapping for RMXP, we would love to add your maps to this pack! Just reply here with a screenshot and if we like it, we will tell you how to add it to the pack.

Most maps in v1.0 are, or almost a year old. Mistakes are bound to be found. (lol rhyme)

Glad you like it, be sure to give credits if you use the maps. And remember to tell people about it!
Haha. Nice, Nouman. I've seen those maps before. I definitely remember them. XD I'll submit a map, maybe in the future and see if you accept it. XD

thanks ^^
also I just realized I didn't include credit to the tileset creators ;-;
if anyone knows where they came from, or who made them PLEASE TELL ME.
I do. One's from Hungry Mouse, though it's some time since I was at his website, and I don't remember the address. But it says on the tileset that he made it. It's the one with the trees that he made.
Thanks man I am really bad at making maps they never turn out good this should help me alot!
Those are very nice but im going to stick to making maps for myself i just had to check these ones out though.

You can always mix ;) But I'm not gonna argue, 'cuz making maps yourself make the games truly original and unique (more than average unique at least...)!

Thanks, also go right ahead! This pack serves multiple jobs. It can be used for teaching purposes, or by people who just can't map!

lol i duno how 2 do it. i rep in my own special way lol plus i am a noob to this website dnt forget
I'm in the same boat Kabilaking. I'd give Nouman +More rep than he can handle if I knew how to! These maps are great, I may try and incorporate them into my game be sure to thank the creators for me! Thanks.

All of them were created by me :)
Enjoy!
Will these work on postality knights and where do i extract to?
Thats where it can get a bit complicated.
After you extract the .exe. You want to make sure to transfer only what you want to keep. The map data is stored in the data folder, and title Map00X.rxdata and you want to move these into your game data folder. Then you want to transfer and import the resources.
Cool thanks for the help, I'll get right on that.
nice map packs Im not gonna use it for I make Kaiser Characters for my new project and I already have good maps from Rpg Rpg Revolution

that's ok, nobody wants you to use it anyway, especially plugging a site with a title that redundant
WOw thanks Those maps look great I hope i can do mapping like that some day
These maps are not too good... Mine are top notch. I don't mean to gloat, but mapping is where I shine :) I gave up on scripting, and I'm too lazy to do much eventing lol I like to make maps for fun, no game or anything; just to look pretty lmao
These maps are dull and flat. All the houses are exactly the same. Don't be afraid to get creative with the tile sets. Mix and match things that aren't 'supposed' to go together. You might be surprised with what you can create;) Also, try to give the feeling that, when the player is walking around on the map, he's also going up and down to reach his destinations. Like walking up small hills and such. You know what I'm saying?
u guys own...this is just what I need cause my mapping kinda sux 0_o;
but I'm good at character/story development -_- ...at least 2 me
Lol

Then Why don't you help out instead of just speaking & trying to get attention from it.
I just realize the forest town Nouman made for me was there.
Thanks for the map dude :)
But I still need another map..
Listen,I'm create a company and we build some games..
We really need a map of Coffee Shop!
So if you will give me a tileset/a map of Coffee Shop, you will get a little credit in my game + in the website of my company :)
TYVM = Thank You Very Much
I really nee that thing :)
Uh,and another thing: How is my english? ;) (I'm from israel)
Your English is fine, but your multiple posts with the same request is annoying.
I don't use the program anymore that's why I gave away what I had

good way to get things:
1. Be an active member and someone who others would want to help out. (and not post in other people's topics for yourself)
2. Offer skills in return BESIDES credit in a company. 10291 companies are started each day, 10290 are fake.
3. Offer cash in return.
i like they way you make maps.....your verry detailed do you have a game tha i could play that you made?
never got around to finish a game, so I just gave away the maps I thought were decent.
lol ok then you should make a massive game like 500x500 i would play it ;8
do you have any other link that i can use, i can't open that link
Mikaghi may have had bad grammar, but he wasn't wrong. Nouman, your links are dead. ._.
I know RMR got took down, but is there any way of putting the maps up here directly?
Yep, like the two post above say, the links are dead. This does look interesting thou.
Four months and the link hasn't been put back up?
This thread should be closed.
RMR's down, but the thread's been left open in the event that someone still has the original file.
Thanks for necroing with that advice though.
