Title: [RESOLVED] Keeping the EXP curve and parameter curves for each individual class
Post by: jamesrichards on December 03, 2007, 06:39:04 PM
Ok.  I thought I'd post this here, get the attention fo the eventers in the forum for an answer to my solution.  Here is a link to the original thread: http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,22880.0.html

For those who do not want to read it, in a nutshell, I'm trying to have the player be able to choose a class, and get all the curves and EXP curves associated with that kind of class.  I found an event command to allow to add a character to the the party.  Should I use the same command to remove the 001 actor?  What longterm affects in the game will this cause if I do? or does it even matter?  It would be nice to get passed this part so I can continue working on the rest.  I'm trying to stick with just events, since that is what I learned on my own mostly, and since I am still reading up on how to use scripts.

Again, as always, for anyone who reads and/or replies, your time and attention is much appreciated.

Just do that. It shouldn't have any long term effects unless you have some funky eventing in the future.
