draw them big, then shrink them before putting them in game
and just mess with the dimensions until it looks right.

that way, when you draw big and shrink down, it looks like a high level of detail

I think they are quite awsome. I would totally use these but I`m pretty much only using the RTP for battlers and such. Again, this is an amazing three colors.

Nice! Due to the first battler's outfit, it could fit into megaman battle network games.

Again, very nice coloring job.

Post by: dollmage on November 23, 2007, 04:23:38 PM
hmm i dunno i lost track of the time hmmm lets see

when i draw stuff on paper usualy 2-3 mins. 5 is the longest that is when i put shade like a regular mangga but if its just outline well its 2-3 mins on the pc it took me almost 40mins-1&1/2hour i think im a total noob when it comes to photoshop so i took most of the time there <.<

Very nice!

I'll assume his arm IS the sword?

One little problem I can see... There is a slight white background behind Syaimaral

Wow! They're really good. I am diligently working on creating battlers and spritesets and hope to get better. See what others are capable of doing, just inspires me to greater heights. Keep up the fantastic work!

The green guy looks awesome, I love his design. I like your style, but I still like Naramura better. Don't take that as a bad thing though, surpassing Naramura is pretty much impossible.

Anyway, you should try some RTP battlers in this style. I wonder how it would look.
