Title: Good FPS
Post by: &&&&&&&&&&&&& on October 31, 2007, 03:42:33 AM
I just finished playing Area 51, and I really want to play another good FPS.

I've played ~
     - Turok 1-4
     - Quake 1-4 and ET:QW
     - Doom 1 and 2
     - Darkwatch

Ok, recommend some good FPS's, that I can run on 512 mb of ram (less would be good too.).

Maybe Far Cry, which is amazing, although I'm not sure what the required specs are =/

edit:
Says 512 recommended. Play it, NOW.

Serious sam ^_^

If I don't like Far cry, I'll get that one.
If I do like Far cry, then I'll play through it, then get Serious sam.

Could you link me to a download of Deus Ex? I downloaded it, but it was corrupt or something.  I've really wanted to play that game.

Half-life 1 & 2. I'd say metroid prime, but its an FPA, so i'll also say bioshock.

Half-life 1&2 - Nah
Metroid prime - Isn't that GC?
Bioshock - I really want to play it, but it needs a gig of ram.  ;9

Deus Ex
System Shock 2
Half-Life

In case you can't tell, I like a lot of exploration in my FPS.

Doom.
Castle Wolfenstein:Enemy Territory.

Doom 3? I've played 1 and 2.
I didn't really like Castle Wolfenstein:Enemy Territory, and I can never find any good servers. I think that everyone is moving on to ET:QW.

EDIT~ FarCry is awesome. One of the best FPS's I've ever played.
