Title: Custom Title question?[RESOLVED]

As I have heard, why is it only the Extra Access group that is able to change their custom titles?

And also, could someone change my custom title?

Sleeping Dragon- Master Mapper

Sorry if Im a dumbass who's asking, but I just want to know^^

RMRK + Can also request custom titles. Well at least I think it would only be fair if you guys could.

Ok, but thx for the changing, but only want Master Mapper as custom title, notLeeping Dragon-Master Mapper

Leeping dragon sounds a bit weird :-\ ;)
