Ok,
So the place I host my web sites at has offered me the chance to re-create their web site for them. They also said, they are looking for a partner "company" to offer their services on their hompeage. He said I would need to be registered to do so, and I realized holy hell I'm not.
Is it like....totally illegal to be freelancing for cash? Should I register the company or something? I feel totally confused, even a bit scared since I've already taken cash for web design, and I am unsure if the person had wrote "Mild Green" (my sites name) as who they paid the money too.
please someone with knowledge help me ;o
Freelancing for cash isn't illegal at all !
A "company " is only needed to advertise your services moar, and to expand your services.
Uh, I'm don't know much about companies; but freelancing isn't illegal.
I an using a company for that reason, but what if the person was to write they had paid services to "Mild Green" instead of "Nouman Saleem"
I'm sure the govt. would have a look at what Mild green is to see what they paid for.
I don't think you should get involved with making websites for money and companies unless Roph gives a good reason to.
Lol I just freelance and do it informally, and I only take payment through paypal. =x

hmm. thats a good idea.
but this is another issue, sounds like a cool idea:
QuoteAlso, you're welcome to do a page to allow us to offer web design.
We'll
do something like "We've now partnered with mildgreen.com to offer web
design & consulting services." We'll have it link to your site. Of
course, you'll probably want to finish yours before we go live with it.
We also probably have to sort out the mutual non-disclosure agreement
and other legal stuff before then as well. Will you be registering you
company? Or are you waiting to see how things go first? When/If you're
ready, you may want to check out these guys: http://www.incfile.com .
They're pretty cheap and pretty fast. The big advantage is that you
don't actually have to do much work to get incorporated. Check 'em out.

Hey, I didn't know we can do that. :o
didn't know we can do what? xD
Oh. nothing.
I think I will just ask him to have Koreru as the registered web design firm as well as as hosting, and I can be like under that and get rid of mild green.
