#1 I need a side view battle system that works
#2 How can I make animated enemies like they move when they attack ect.
#3 Can I make it so when the your guy's just about to attack you press a certain button and your guy continue attacking
like in the legend of dragoon?

Also could I add face sets to text like in rpg Maker 2003?

no. At least when I request this for a year there was nothing as an addition system.
