3D Modellers (for Reality Factory, uses MilkShape 3D or gmax)
Mappers (for RF, have some idea of Hammer, WorldCraft, or at least about mapping)
Chara Modellers (for RF, same as 3D Modellers)
I can't really pay you for all the work (we ain't going commercial with the RMXP engine, but with RF), as all I CAN do is give you credit for it...

Perhaps it would be good if you have a main site, to give people more information about the game and have a link to the forum. This way you will look ALOT more profesional and will get a more expierenced team aswell. The forum has some nice colors though, just a main site with a few pages. Check out some of Crankeye's affiliates, there are some sites that are focused on gaming. Just work on that and you will go alot further and the fan base and anticipation for your games will also grow!

dude that hosting package sucks no offence but ive seen every free hosting site there is i mean everyone ive been searching for 2 weeks strait file sise limit is 1mg weak it has pop ups and banners ahhh should have used the hosting site i recommended if u change your mind take a look at it its worth the exstra work also u cant do much with that web host your using .no micro soft front page it dosnt take scripts bandwith limit is 40mbs did u search a lot?i know a couple of better hosting sites that are free.but if your not looking for file storage or bandwith and u just need a site well go ahead and use it i wont tell u what to use its up to u.wow a hole paragraph about one thing.anyways take a looka t the site at least u may change your mind i should know i opened about 10 file hosting accounts lol i tried them all.

oh no, the free version of prohosting DOES NOT give you pop-ups because YOU are the one who makes the pages via a WYSIWYG editor or HTML and upload them. so you can be sure that you wont have banners or ads.
