Title: Man, this sucks.
Post by: Nightwolf on October 02, 2007, 02:27:58 PM
I love Rm2k3 more than XP, i wanna make such a cool project, make my return after a lot of days but 2k3 just doesn't like me anymore.
And there are certain things that can't be done in it, certain resources i can never find, how much ever i search. Even here.

This isn't right.

edit: MAN, NOW THIS SUCKS MORE. ITS GIVING ERRORS AND IT DELETED EVEN THE BACKUP OF MY GAME.

DAMN THIS!!!!!11

Get 2k. 2k3 needs too many resources, XP is too shiny and has alot of rough edges, if you like 2k3, then it is practically just the same with XP's battle system.  :mex:

Miles, you shouldn't think the best is the newest.
RMXP has scripts,sure......
But RM2k3 has its own advantages. ;D

Your right, forgive me.
Yeah, RM2K3 can use facesets out of the box unlike XP.

Eh, RMXP can use face sets just as well, if not with more customization, with scripts. And if you don't know how to script, you can implement a pre-existing script with no knowledge of syntax that works just fine.

And I don't think the debate of which maker is "superior" can be said to "depend on the person using it", because we are looking at a scenario where the same person utilizes either makers.

I use XP, but I'd rather not get into the actual debate. However, one thing seems certain: there are more skilled people using 2k3 overall, mainly because it's been around for a long time, and the old schoolers are sticking it while all the new people are being poured into the XP pile.
