I'm confused - if you don't want the crystal, and you don't want the floating, then you just want the woman, right? Isn't the Elemental charset what you're after, just with colours altered?

But I think you still need to explain a little more what you DO want. You said the charset above, but without the floating and without the crystal. Well, the only thing that leaves is the woman.
And now that I re-read your original request, you mention at the end about making the hair blue for BOTH character sets. So I'm guessing you want a "normal" character set that contains that woman, as well as the one you've posted, and to make her hair blue in both?
