i made a quest it works..i want it so after the quest when you talk to him there a boom sound than he tells you to go check what happens..then when you go outside theres soldiers asking for a demon
multiple pages in your event, controlled by a switch or a variable, which gets set when you complete your quest.
so i have to make another page do i have to put it as c or d cause when i did somthing it skipd the quest and went to the other part

I made this post a couple of weeks ago. Considering you wanted help with a tutorial or a request for one, I think you should have posted this in the tutorial/event section. I have no idea why you guys can't just do an advanced search. I get pretty damn pissed when I see people who haven't even checked the forums before requesting. If you really need to request something (this is what I did when I last requested), I go to the forum that's appropriate for what I'm looking for and check every single page and topic that has even a bit of relevance to it. If it's something like "HALP!" then I go in to check. This step would significantly lower request topics and would help people more. Even in the process of finding the thing you need, you might find something new that would be nice to add.
Your soldiers will be the events with more than one page. First page will either have the soldier with something unimportant to say if you just want them there, or will be blank if you don't want them to even appear before you talk to the guy inside. Second page will be conditioned on a switch (I'll call it AskForDemon) and will have the soldier graphics and the events will be where they ask for the demon.
Now, on the guy inside, you'll need to have some condition check if the quest has been done (maybe another switch on that event, but not necessarily), and if it has, set the switch AskForDemon on.
Pretty easy.
And if you still don't understand, he might need some screenies.
Or, he needs a tutor.
mmm - wonder where we'd dig up a beginner's eventing tutor ::) I still have a spare slot Inferno if you're just starting out and need help with simple things.
