Title: Skills that lower >targets< PDEF / MDEF

Topic has it all, I am using RMXP, and was looking through all the skills and could not find the ability to actually lower my enemies PDEF/MDEF...

Not sure if it needs a script, but I think it might.

Can't you just use states?

None of the states lower the enemies PDEF/MDEF only STR, INT, DEX, AGI :(

Those were the first things checked.

What the f**k do you think PDEF% and MDEF% are for?

I clearly see them below the str, int, dex, and agi boxes.

its under agil% and under dex%
