one of my best friends moved to florida halfway through the schoolyear last year. His parents were having a fallout, and he and his sister got into a car crash and had to join their parents. He and his mom came back up here for a week or so and I got his cell #.
My problem now is that I've lost all contact with him. He deleted his myspace account, and for the longest time he didn't answer his cell phone. Now his phone's been discontinued (so far as I know--I think his dad might have had something to do with it), and I have no way of contacting him. He never told me his address either.
I'm wondering if there's a way I can locate him. His parents are a little controlling (and somewhat unstable in their relationship) so I'm pretty worried about him. He said that once he turned 18 (this summer) he'd move back up here away from his parents and redo his senior year of high-school. I can't tell if he's back up here, though.
Anyone know of a way I can find him? I've tried those online people-searches, but I hafta pay for the information and it's a gamble on whether or not it's the right person. I don't have that kind of money to risk on wrong information...
Hmmm could try searching him on google etc sometimes they find there home pages, i spose thats one of the best ways of finding with out paying.
I already tried that; google doesn't find him or anyone related to him... :(
hmm maybe talk to people that used to know him as well? or try those website friend finders, or even better see if you can remember any sites he goes on and see if me adds to the forums there.
well...his friends I don't know where they live...those friend-finders cost money to give the info...and I don't know if he still plays Maple Story, or if he even has internet access anymore. His service was really patchy when he had Myspace, and he hated it...I don't know if his dad got rid of their internet or not.
And he wasn't active on forums, just Maple Story and MySpace. I forget his maple story name...haven't seen it for two years.
hmmmm...I'll think harder though, something might come up. I hope...I'm really worried about him.
hmm you could try family tree type things, they sometimes give addresses, or look him up in the phone book , maybe look online for one from where he is?
Well if you really care about him, i suggest you go to florida and find him....
don't have the dough to do that I'm in new york
If you want to find him you're going to have to fork over some cash. Sorry, that's just the way it is.
Welcome the world of a stalker.
Try a phonebook if hes living by-himself.
wow I forgot about this thread in the mayhem of college preparation...
stalker, eh? might hafta be...
I wish I knew the area he lived in...there's a phonebook for every area of a state and I probably don't have the time to pore through millions of Florida phonebooks for one name.

Where would I find an online phonebook? sorry but I'm kinda hazy and lazy right now... :P I hate schoolwork...burn it all...
Er, could try these i guess
http://florida.findlinks.com/
http://www.phonebook.com/
http://www.whitepages.com/
The last two look more promising.
k thanx I'll check them out when I get home :D ...gotta use my parents' computer though so there might be someone using it already (dam my wireless connection)
Check out Facebook. Chances are, if he's in Uni, he'll have one :p
Check to see if Florida has some sort of court access. My state allows you to look up anyone by their name, partial name + bday/county of crime/etc for free and see if they have a recent criminal record. Now, this sort of record can be anything for drug dealing to not wearing a seatbelt, so unless your friend is free of any traffic stops, he might be on there. If your state has one. Otherwise expect to pay some money
I can't do that, apparently either their records aren't being scanned by intelius or any other people-finder, or they didn't go through legal processes when they moved (mom says that's how people disappear, they just move without doing any kind of paperwork or recording or whatever)
if they don't have any records I don't think they'd bein florida's court system, if they do have what you're talking about. right now I can't check because the other instance of google I have running is going insanely slow...
