I like the first better than the second because the wings look too pixely and un-RTP I think, and the guy doesn't really look like he's holding the photoshop sword because his had is still open. However, the design of the second one is pretty cool  ;D

yea im making a lot of new ones soon as i find out how to do it i want my own post with all my custom dudes on here :)

still think the hair's rather flat looking

If you take the wings from the default minotaur esque monster and recolored them, they might fit in a little better.
