I made an event where there is some spikes, then I made a event before that which is a collision event making the player run away a few steps if he goes near the spikes, but when I test played it the character runs away a few steps, pauses and runs away again, would any one have any idea why?

Just put Local Switch A on, and make a new page where it is on too.
