Title: [RESOLVED] Shining Force Battle System

I am needing a Shining Force battle system. It is basically a strategy based system where a player makes his way to the enemy and attacks while the enemy does the same. However you are limited to how much you can move and everything you do gives you experience (even if you miss you get 1 exp) If you level up inside the battle everything applies at that moment and you continue.

I wish I could explain it better so I took a few pics and put them in a winRAR zip file
