I want to make a title screen but dont have photoshop, does anyone know a good, free downloadable one because i hate my games having the original :|
and a tutorial how to do it, i might be able to work it out by myself but still

Or you can just use paint. But that's not that good.

You could try Paint Shop Pro. It's not as good as Photoshop, but it's easier to understand.

i tried photoshop from adobe but its over 300 MB no way can i download that

Psst...I've got the .rar for CS2 *wink *wink Well...I dunno what to tell you. There are plenty of free "cough*p2p*cough* programs out there...

RPGM doesn't support .fla files. You need to keep them in either .JPG or .PNG, so that's a no.
