Title: Is there a way to do this? (RPG Maker 2003)
Post by: RedKnight on July 20, 2007, 04:06:06 AM
Is there a way to make an Item that can end a battle when used during the battle? If yes, how?

hmmm.....dunno if this works but try making the item a Switch, and make a Battle Event with the trigger if that switch is ON, and there just turn the switch OFF and then the battle end command...well test it if it works

Although I'm sure that doing that would require you to duplicate the event in each and every monster group you have.

He means that you will need to have that event in every monster troop, running every turn, which is true if that's the only way to do it. It wouldn't be much of a problem, just copy-paste for every monster group.

I don't use 2k3, though, so I can't help you though. Sorry :(
