After some discussion in the staff forum, it was agreed upon that arrow's longstanding and continued contributions to RMRK, along with how well he's performed as moderator of just the game section, that he was deserving of a promotion to a full moderator.

His name was arrowone when he first joined. Since then it has been changed to Arrow-1, Super Arrow, and now simply Arrow.
