How do I download resources? Not really much I can say except, I looked at some game over things and stuff and i went to DL and it just came up with the picture on a blank page. Do I saw pic as and import it? Please post step by step instructions, im noob.
right click the picture you want, and hit 'save as'
then when you open your RM (you haven't said what it is so I can't give step by step) go to the import/resource manager
browse to find where you saved the picture, then right and/or left click the background to make RM delete it.
