Is it possible to make a masseage appear soon after a battle happens. Like if I was making a wrestling system, and wanted the message "1...2...3!" To pop up, as soon as the enemy was dead, how would I do that?
During the battle or during after the battle? If it's during, just make a check if the HP of the enemy == 0 and then put the event. If it's after, just make the fight occur as battle processing so after the event, you can put a message. This is for RMXP, btw.
Yes this is for RPG Maker XP, and I have tried both of these combination, and nothing happens after the enemy is killed.
1. Trigger: Monster'S Hp is below 0%
Frequency: Auto Start
Event: Message (Testing...)
2.Trigger: Monster'S Hp is below 1%
Frequency: Auto Start
Event: Message (Testing...)
Niether of these have worked, so I do not know quiet what to do...

Make the enemy invincible and keep the events the same, but just before the end of the events add in 'Change State' to the enemy.
To make it invincible right click on the monster graphic in the troops and click on Invincible.
OR, If this an event based battle (not a random fight) then you can just put a message right below the battle command thing
