Title: Simple Clock
Post by: Tsunokiette on February 27, 2006, 10:56:32 PM
NOTE: this will not constantly show the time.

DEMO -
http://www.geocities.com/tsunokiette/Clock.zip

Variables Needed- (4)
*Frames_Passed
*Seconds
*Minutes
*Hours

Switches Needed- (3)
*Clock_Set
*AM
*PM

Common Events- (4)
*Set_Clock
*Clock_Proccessing
*Show_Time
*Clock

Now, the longest part is the Set_Clock event, the rest are really short.
Since I'm lazy (actualy I don't have the time ATM), I'll just give images -_-. The following are images of the events I used for each-

SET_CLOCK (the longest by far)

CLOCK_PROCCESSING
(https://rmrk.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg96.imageshack.us%2Fimg96%2F4861%2Fpro8ii.png&hash=15667934c8b191f156a074c8b686ccdf6e6d031d)

SHOW_TIME
(https://rmrk.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg300.imageshack.us%2Fimg300%2F7357%2Fshow4jt.png&hash=e27cac78605940b6d837fa0f4c5674d8d69d4e3d)

CLOCK
(https://rmrk.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg96.imageshack.us%2Fimg96%2F4708%2Fclock7dt.png&hash=eb06f4c7c86fb31761f301b3a3126a44c59800ce)

Now for every event which is a clock, all you need to do is do the Call Common Event Command and call the CLOCK event.

Erm, 1 error lol. Didn't see it comming-

conditional branch (Switch AM ON)
-am off
-pm on
end

conditional branch (Switch PM ON)
-am on
-pm off
end

It will always remain AM this way *laughs*

To fix just add a label called end and jump to it -

conditional branch (Switch AM ON)
-am off
-pm on
-jump to label (end)
end

conditional branch (Switch PM ON)
-am on
-pm off
end

label (end)
