Title: Half-Life 2
Post by: Lord Dante on May 29, 2007, 05:54:16 AM
I know alot of you have played it, and I just got a worthy rig. (e.g. that can run it).

So, since I know if you've played it you probably loved it, what was your favorite level?

I tell you...Ravenholm was fucking scary; Gregori was awesome though.

Ravenholm was probably my favorite level, after you are on the ledges, jumping through windows, and the begging level, when you are sliding down the rooftops, and going into windows, and there are combine shooting at you.  Great level design, great game.

Gravity Gun + random saw blades lying on the ground=DEAD ZOMBIES

Seriously Ravenholm is awesome

Amazing game, though not quite as good as its prequel. (IMO)

I love the atmosphere, and to pick a favorite level...

shit. That's hard. Um....  Final level, thanks to the super gravity gun.

You should also pick up HL2: Episode 1. It's just as good, albeit a little short.

lol ravenholm freaked me out , right at the start where you can see the corpse hanging from the tree on the rope in the distance....all i saw was something moving so i ended up using 90% of my ammo trying to kill it lol :D

best bit was the town when you arrive on the train and then the combine end up chasing you, that bit = awesome

haha, yeah. at the end of Sandtraps, with all the pillboxes...that annoyed me. At first I tried to sneak accross the beach, but then after I died I realized you could just follow the path BEHIND all the guns.
