Oh, my bad. I just saw a poll and picture and that threw me off (Sorry, jumped to conclusions because of those two things). Also, you could try searching "Lucario sprite rip" or something like that. There are usually sprites of pokemons but not in regular RM form.

Yu may have to build all the frames you self, but at least you may find a rough guide to work from.

You can create him your self...

I think you going to have trouble finding this one on the NET... The DS Version of Pokemon has only been out a short while... It's a very odd request...

Try making an original game... Make a Fan game at a later date...

Fan games are well hard to pull off... People expect them to be Bang on....

Yeah, people here aren't so supportive of fan games... XD If it's good, they'll like it. Fan games are really hard because sometimes you can't get the resources you need. You should start with an RTP game. Just RTP-stuff (maybe some scripts) in a game and get the hang of game making?
