I have decent knowledge of RM2k, and given enough time and a reason I can code fairly simple systems, such as a S-CMS or a basic CBS.

Welcome. You might want to upgrade to RPG Maker XP, since it's more widely used, and you can receive more help.
EDIT: And, you can't advertise in your signature. You can only advertise in the Poster Board when you reach 30 posts. You might want to fix that.
