I made this title image for thebmagic's RPG that he is currently working on. Besides the "&" letter, I think the rest looks really good :D

Instead of "The Virtues", make it say "The Virtuous". That would make more sense/be correct. :D Other than the and symbol, looks good!
Well, I only put "The Virtues" since it's the name of his game, haha.

I don't see much wrong with the &. Although the word "and" would be better.

I really like the idea of 2 (or is it a seperate font for the ampersand) fonts.
They each go well with the word they are being used on.
The background is pretty awesome too.
I would probably agree with Irock though - maybe use 'And'?
