Sadly I have to agree.

I think you have drawing talent, but just don't upload sketches you did when you were bored, as they usually aren't good.

since it is a sketch, and not a finished product, i'll lay sheer drawing talent aside

but sadly, I'm not really digging the concept of the drawing, either. The suit's kinda gay, and green hair with wings was already done in Escaflowne. And the whole angel thing is really getting cliche, sadly. =\

But devil wings are just as cliche.

I'm trying to ignore the stuff in the bottom right corner because no me gusta. The tree is pretty decent... The wings looks nice but yes, cliche. :P Cliches can be good sometimes. :D You shoulda just given him normal, ASIAN XD, black hair. And not as emo with the shadowing over his eyes. Somethings look disproportional to me and his feet are just kind of awkward.

On the other hand, if this was when you were bored, gj! I could probably not draw like that. Also, you're your own critic so just say "stfu" to everyone in your mind (that's important) and then try your best. I'd love to see your real artwork. :D

I don't like the suit at all, but I'll be original here and mention something else: I don't like the hairstyle either. And there's something about his face that bothers me.

Still, it's better than I could do.

It's pretty good...it's just that:
-His face is too......o.O slanted. HIs ear is also a tad too small.
-Arms are too skiny compared to the rest of him. He goes from broad to stick-figure-esque.
-Thumb wayy to small on the right hand.
-His hair just looks like it's laying ontop of his head istead of growing from it.

Thats basically it from me. Other than that, keep going. They are pretty nice, and I can see them getting better eventually.

Yeah, definitely. But don't fret. That's how we grow. Through constructive criticism! ;D

The best way to vastly improve the above mentioned features is to do either of these:
Go to your local library and pick up a book on "Drawing angles/perspective"
OR
Look up a tutorial online about those.

I'm serious. You'd be surprised how much better you will draw when you gain just the slighter experience in the angle aspect.

I like your drawings.
Work on them more and more and more and you will surely be a really good artist.
I can't say I can draw so much better, anyways.
And a tip I always find helps me out is: take your time.
I am always surprised at how impatient I am.
I always think everything good comes when you rush...
But really, take your time and use that eraser as much as you need.
And keep practicing!
A guitar teacher once told me there are 5 ways to learn guitar better (or anything for that matter):
1) Practice
2) Practice
3) Practice
4) Practice
5) Practice
That is definitely true. "An artist is nothing without the talent, but the talent is nothing without work". -Some old/dead dude. xD
