main character Magis
it takes place in a war between the east and the west...because the west is trying to take over the world..Zephyrus(the west0 has been training super soldiers..this is the reason there winning.But the super soldier are that powerful is beacuse of the natual liquid drug......the drug has wasted the life fource out of the S.S.and to top it all of...they only have a little left.....then one day an unkown people take the last sample......now the people(Zephyrus cops)are chasing after them ....they get chased into the woods.....there is a small cottage where....there is a baby in a basket and they take the sample and use it on the baby...this baby is been abonden for some reason...then the cops com and capture the unknown people...but be4 they captured them the hid the baby...after they are captured lady comes and sees the baby and takes him.
17 years later u go outside and some soldiers come.......this is where u take place

I dunno you could do what they do in the film "Howl's moving castle" like really futuristic weapons, ships etc... but all the buildings look really old etc... like a typical Naruto look
