Title: Chipset when black?!

I tried to do something to this chipset and the whole thing goes black when I try to use it. I thought I had fixed it but I can't seem to figure out what happend too it. Any ideas?

Did you edit the map in MSpaint?

Yeah Ithought that worked though? I think that's what I used last time but I could be wrong.
