If you have made the game into the disk file, will it have all the RTP file of the game inside it? Or do other people have to download the Ruby DLL and all the RTP separately?

I'm pretty sure, you would of had to manually copy/paste each of the graphics used in your game, from the RTP folder into your game folder. I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure.
