Title: [Resolved] Can someone fix this sprite? (it's GIMP/Paint, not me)
Post by: SirJackRex on April 17, 2007, 04:03:20 AM
Ok, first off, it's not because I'm lazy, it's because with both GIMP and Paint, it wont work, when ever I try using colors out side of the colors used in side the image, it'll just change it to a different shade of gray. And I want a tan color, but it's being pissy.

Ok, what I want is if someone could make the chest a bare chest, and no armor, yet keep it's leggings and arms. And it is a human body, it just has a hood I guess of a wolf head, can some one do what I'm asking, and tell me how to fix the problem for the future, because this problem has happened to me before. It's very very annoying. It's a PNG

I think the problem may be the image format (in relation to using gimp)

If you open it in gimp and go to the image tab, go down to the mode tab and then select rgb it should then let you use colors.
I found that happened with a few edits I have done.

Hope that helps

GrayScale: It's on a scale of gray. Light to dark.

I believe that's what it was.
